Shipping Policy

UK Shipping

At Elevate Research Store, all UK orders are processed and dispatched Monday through Friday. Orders placed before 2pm (Monday–Friday) are typically prepared and shipped the same day for next working day delivery via DPD. Orders submitted after this time will be processed on the next working day.

We ship all UK parcels using DPD tracked and signed services to provide full visibility and reliability. Tracking details will be issued once your order has been dispatched.

We offer free UK delivery on orders over £100. Orders below this threshold will incur a delivery fee, calculated at checkout.

Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the parcel. If delivery is missed, DPD will follow their standard re-delivery or collection procedures. It is the customer’s responsibility to manage any re-delivery arrangements.

While we aim for next working day delivery, timeframes are not guaranteed and may be impacted by courier delays or external factors. Refunds or replacements cannot be issued for delayed shipments unless the parcel is officially declared lost by the courier.

Refusing delivery is not recommended. Any refused shipments may result in deductions for initial shipping, return costs, and handling fees from any refund issued.

We are not liable for orders delivered to freight forwarders or third-party shipping services. Once the parcel reaches the provided address, responsibility transfers to the customer.


International Shipping

Elevate Research Store offers international shipping to selected destinations. Delivery times will vary depending on location and customs processing in the destination country.

All international shipments are sent using tracked delivery services.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that ordered products comply with the import regulations of their country. Any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import charges must be covered by the customer.

If customs fees are declined and the parcel is returned, original shipping costs and any return charges will be deducted from the refund. If a shipment is seized, destroyed, or refused by customs authorities, we are unable to provide a refund.

We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, postal service disruptions, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.

As with UK orders, we are not responsible for deliveries made to freight forwarding services or third-party carriers once the parcel has been successfully delivered to the address provided.


Product Integrity & Transit

All items are carefully inspected, sealed, and packaged prior to dispatch to ensure they leave our facility in optimal condition.

Once your order has been handed over to the courier, Elevate Research Store cannot accept responsibility for any damage, leakage, or changes in product condition that may occur during transit or due to improper storage after delivery. External factors such as temperature exposure, handling, and shipping conditions are outside of our control.

If your order arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Please include your order number along with clear photographic evidence. Claims submitted after this period may not be considered.

We are unable to offer refunds or replacements for products that have been opened, used, tampered with, or stored incorrectly after delivery.
