14-Day Return Window

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

Be unused and unopened
Remain in their original packaging and condition
Not be tampered with, damaged, or altered in any way

Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns for:

Opened or used items
Products with broken seals
Items that have been stored incorrectly after delivery
